Q: What is the lead time on Bike Parts?
The lead time depends on the stock availability. The processing time of your order is 1-3 days, and the lead time is within 3-7 days depending on your locations. We will send you a notification of the item if it’s not available, its lead time varies from 2-6 weeks.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number after shipping?
Yes, our system will send you a tracking number after shipping automatically and you can track it on our website “ Track Your Order”.
Q: What if parts arrive damaged?
Contact us by email within 24 hours after you receive the package, and send the photograph(s) of the problem areasand the label(s) outside the package(s). Please do not install or try to adjust it. Q: Why will I receive aStock Shortage Reminderafter purchase?
HR3 has bountiful colors of body kits, but they could not be stocked for all colors, due to the color being moist & fading in the warehouse during a time of no use which leads to the stock changes fast. For our customers to receive it in new stock, we do not stock many products in the warehouse. We will try to improve our system and service in the future. You can contact our customer service for the product’s stock information before you place an order on our website. Please rest assured that we will try our best to speed up your order.
Q: Are the products returnable?
