At Custom Chrome®, we deliver your motorcycle parts safely and quickly. Whether you are a retail customer upgrading your ride or a dealer stocking your showroom, we provide transparent shipping options and exceptional service.
(1) Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds

📌 Important Notes on Shipping Adjustments:
• Oversized & Specialty Items: On rare occasions, oversized or specialty items may incur additional handling fees. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you immediately before processing. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to contact us at customchromeamerica@gmail.com.
• Remote Areas: For extremely remote regions, standard carriers may be unable to deliver, or may require an additional remote area surcharge. In these instances, we will reach out to you to update your address or arrange a shipping balance payment.
• Unrestricted Regions / Checkout Issues: If your shipping destination is not currently active at checkout due to system limitations, please contact our support team. We will manually check the exact logistics cost and help you complete your order.
🏢 Dealer Accounts
• Free Shipping: Applies to single dealer orders of $200.00 USD or more (based on dealer pricing).
• Orders Under $200.00 USD: Shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the delivery address and actual carrier rates.
(2) Order Processing & Lead Times
In-Stock Items ▼
• Processing Time: Standard in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
• Smart Warehousing: We ship from our California and Pennsylvania warehouses. Whenever possible, your order will automatically ship from the closest facility to minimize delivery times.
• Temporary Restocking: If an item goes out of stock or requires restocking, a representative will contact you within 24 hours (on business days) to provide an updated timeline.
Pre-Order Items ▼
Select custom or specialty parts are made-to-order and will be explicitly labeled as [Pre-Order] on the product page.
• Production Cycle: 6–8 weeks factory lead time.
• Transit Time: 1–2 weeks (shipped directly from the factory).
• Note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.
(3) Order Support & Important Notices
Order Cancellations & Modifications:
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Once an order enters the fulfillment process or is handed over to the carrier, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Tracking & Shipping Addresses:
• Tracking Your Ride: A shipping confirmation email with a carrier tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your shipping label is printed.
• APO/FPO & PO Box Addresses: We support military and PO Box delivery, but shipping options may be limited and speeds may be slower. We highly recommend providing a physical street address.
Shipping Damage & Missing Items:
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If items arrive damaged or parts are missing, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and expedite your replacement.
International Customs & Duties:
For shipments outside the U.S. (including Canada), the checkout total excludes local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Buyers are responsible for paying these fees upon arrival as mandated by local regulations.
